The Lamborghini Huracán LP 640-2 Tecnica sits uniquely within the Huracán line-up, engineered to bridge the gap between everyday usability and track-inspired performance. Positioned between the rear-wheel-drive EVO and the hardcore STO, the Tecnica combines the purity of rear-wheel drive with advanced chassis technology and sharper aerodynamics, making it one of the most balanced and driver-focused Huracán derivatives.

Powered by Lamborghini’s naturally aspirated 5.2-litre V10, the Tecnica produces 630 bhp, matching the output of the all-wheel-drive Huracán EVO but sending power exclusively to the rear wheels via a seven-speed LDF dual-clutch transmission. This configuration delivers a more engaging, adjustable driving experience, with 0-62 mph in around 3.2 seconds and a top speed exceeding 200 mph.

Compared with the EVO, the Tecnica features rear-wheel steering (Lamborghini LDVI with rear-axle steering) for enhanced agility and stability, alongside a revised aerodynamic package inspired by the STO, including a fixed rear wing and reprofiled rear diffuser for increased downforce. Unlike the STO, however, the Tecnica retains a more refined cabin, greater sound insulation, and improved ride comfort, making it far more suitable for road use while still offering genuine circuit capability.
