The Porsche 911 Turbo S Exclusive Series was developed by Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur as a halo model to showcase the highest level of factory personalisation, combining enhanced performance with hand-finished detailing. Limited to just 500 examples worldwide, with only 29 believed to have been UK-supplied, it represents the most bespoke version of the 991.2 Turbo S. At its core is a 3.8-litre twin-turbo flat-six fitted with the Exclusive Powerkit, increasing output to 599 bhp and 750 Nm - up from 572 bhp and 700 Nm. Paired with a 7-speed PDK and all-wheel drive, it delivers 0-62 mph in 2.9 seconds and a 205 mph top speed. The standout feature is the hand-painted Golden Yellow Metallic finish, applied through an intensive multi-stage process, alongside exposed carbon fibre panels including the bonnet, roof and side skirts. Whilst Golden Yellow Metallic was the standard paint option, Agate Grey Metallic and Carrara White Metallic were available at no extra cost, with Black, Guards Red, and Graphite Blue Metallic offered as cost options.

As standard, the Exclusive Series also featured 20” 911 Turbo S Exclusive Design wheels painted in high-gloss black with design lines in Golden Yellow Metallic, which could be fully painted in high-gloss black at no extra cost or replaced with 20” carbon fibre wheels at an extra cost. Interior upgrades are extensive, featuring perforated black and Golden Yellow leather, gold contrast stitching, carbon trim, Alcantara headlining, leather air vents, bespoke dials, illuminated carbon sills, and Exclusive Series mats with leather edging and embroidered logos. The result is a more powerful, highly detailed and hand-finished Turbo S, created to demonstrate Porsche’s Exclusive Manufaktur capability at its highest level.
